Group Gîte
With a capacity of up to 12 people, FERME DE SIMONDON’s gîte is perfect for your family or group stays.
- Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with 4 bunk beds and 2 bedrooms with two twin beds for a comfortable night. Every room is equipped with a washbasin. 2 showers and a toilet are situated on the same floor.
- On the ground floor, there is a large living room, a big kitchen and a toilet.
- The north-facing terrace of the group gîte offers a superb view of the splendid Rhône Valley and the Vercors. To the south, a sheltered terrace gives you access to the barbecue.
FERME DE SIMONDON can accommodate up to 26 people by combining the group and rural gîtes, the stopover room and bed & breakfast. Estimate upon request.
2020 RATES
Weekend package: check-in at 4:00 pm and check-out at 2:00 pm. Check-in at noon and check-out at 6:00 pm possible at an extra charge of € 70.
Weekly package: check-in at 2:00 pm and check-out at 10:00 am.
Rates exclude the supply of sheets and towels.
- From 01/01 to 06/07: € 1070 per week (Saturday to Saturday)
- From 07/07 to 17/08: € 1270 per week (Saturday to Saturday)
- From 18/08 to 31/12: € 1070 per week (Saturday to Saturday)
- 2 nights minimum: € 490
- 3 nights: € 630
- Christmas/New Year: € 500 (1 or 2 nights)
- Additional tourist tax from 01/01 to 31/12: € 1.00 per person over 18 years/night
- Sheet rental: € 8.00 a pair
- Towel rental: € 3.00
